We collect personal data when you interact with our website, such as:
Contact Forms: If you submit a contact form, we store the information you provide (name, email, phone number, message) to respond to your inquiry.
Comments: When you leave a comment, we collect your name, email address, comment content, IP address, and browser user agent for spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) of your email may be sent to Gravatar to check if you are using a profile picture. After approval, your profile picture may appear next to your comment.
Media Uploads: If you upload images, avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors may access it.

We use Matomo web analytics to improve our services. IP addresses are anonymized, and collected data is stored on university servers. You may opt-out of tracking by configuring your browser or using the provided opt-out plugin.
No personal identification is possible unless you log in and consent to data collection.

The university maintains official accounts on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. Data collected by these platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies and is outside our control.
Embedding YouTube Videos
YouTube videos are embedded in extended privacy mode to minimize data transfer. Personal data is only sent when you play a video. You can prevent data from being associated with your YouTube account by logging out before playing.
